Default Thresholds

Neurithum comes with evidence-based default thresholds, but you can customize them for your population.

Threshold Types

Vital Sign Thresholds

• Heart rate (high/low)
• Blood pressure (systolic/diastolic)
• Respiratory rate
• Temperature
• Oxygen saturation

Risk Score Thresholds

• Fall risk
• Sepsis risk
• Deterioration risk
• Readmission risk

Lab Value Thresholds

• Hemoglobin
• Creatinine
• Glucose
• Electrolytes

Setting Custom Thresholds

1. Go to Settings > Alert Configuration
2. Select alert category
3. Click "Edit Thresholds"
4. Enter custom values
5. Set by unit/department (optional)
6. Test with historical data
7. Activate changes
