Creating Your Neurithum Account

Welcome to Neurithum! This guide will walk you through the account creation process.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

• A valid work email address
• Your organization's registration code (provided by your administrator)
• Access to your email for verification

Step 1: Visit the Registration Page

Navigate to neurithum.com/contact to share your requirements with our sales team.

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Fill in the required fields:

• Full Name: Your legal name as it appears in your organization
• Work Email: Use your organization email address
• Password: Create a strong password with at least 12 characters
• Organization Code: Enter the code provided by your administrator

Step 3: Verify Your Email

After submitting the form:

1. Check your inbox for a verification email
2. Click the verification link within 24 hours
3. You'll be redirected to complete your profile

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

Add additional information:

• Department and role
• Contact phone number
• Profile photo (optional)
• Two-factor authentication setup

Common Issues

Not receiving verification email?

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Ensure your email address was entered correctly
• Contact your IT team to whitelist @neurithum.com

Invalid organization code?

• Contact your organization administrator
• Ensure the code hasn't expired
